I feel comfortable going to The Car Doctor and I don't feel as though I will get ripped off just because I am a female. more

I'd gotten an estimate with The Car Doctor. I then went to a dealer to get their estimate. I ended up going back to The Car Doctor, because they had not charged me for things that were not necessary to get the job done. It took 1 day for them to get the part in. It was very easy to get an appointment to get the work done. When I came in, they immediately took the car in & finished in a very reasonable amount of time. They even did an oil change that I requested at the last minute. I've since asked about a couple of other things and they've told me that one thing was a gimmick to make more money and haven't gotten back to me on the other, because they want to make sure that they are giving me the best option. I appreciate a company that is willing to do what is best for the customer & still provide quality service. more
