When I wrecked my car, I was so upset. I just wanted a new car. I thought it would never be the same. Then I was referred to Car Crafters Collision & Repair. The people there were so understanding and caring. They did a beautiful job on my car and it looks brand new! Now, I’m keeping my car forever! Thanks Car Crafters, You guys are Awesome more

Impressed 7/26/2010

I'm impressed with Car Crafters Collision Repair! I filed a claim with my insurance company for repairs to the left rear corner of my vehicle and they told me to pick a repair shop in Albuquerque. At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to go with Car Crafters. I dropped the car off on a Thursday and told them to proceed with the repairs. The very next afternoon, Car Crafters called saying the repairs were complete! We went in the following Monday to inspect the job and pick up the vehicle. The repair job was excellent! There was no evidence of the original damage. We paid our share of the repair cost and took the car home that day. I will certainly recommend Car Crafters to anyone who asks more

My dad and I went elk hunting this year but the trip was cut short. That buck just darted out in front of my truck; I didn’t even have time to swerve. Well, I ended up with an elk on my hood alright…just not the way I’d intended. Once we made it home, my first stop of course was the taxidermist but my second stop was Car Crafters. Just don’t tell the guys…I’ve got them all convinced I’m a skilled marksman. What’s that saying, what happens at Car Crafters stays at Car Crafters?! Thanks guys more

what a difference 7/20/2010

had a fender bender that was repaired by another shop?repeatedly, and the paint still didn?t match. Every time I looked at my car, it was a reminder of my accident. Finally, I took it to Car Crafters. What a difference! The new paint matched the rest of the car perfectly! If you didn?t know better, you couldn?t tell it had been repaired! Next time, I?ll go to Car Crafters first! more

My car was hit by another car sliding out of control in last year’s freak snow storm. A friend recommended that I take my car to Car Crafters. She said they would repair the car quickly, there wouldn’t be any surprises and I could track the progress of the work online. My friend was right, the estimate was right on, my car was ready when they said it would be and best of all - when I picked it up, it looked great! If you need your car repaired, I recommend Car Crafters. more

Took care of my concerns 7/1/2010

I had my 2003 MB CLK320 in for some collision work in\r June. After I picked it up I noticed that there were a few minor items\r that needed to be taken care of. Dan Crosley, my service advisor, was\r all over it. He was helpful and friendly and took care of my concerns\r immediately. Kudos to Dan and the entire staff at Car Crafters. And\r those fresh chocolate chip cookies aren't too bad either :o) more

Denali mechanical repair 6/16/2010

Car Crafters was one of the auto collusion repair shops recommended by Geico when my wife was in a car accident; they fixed our Denali and we have not had any problems. Since then we have brought the Denali back for other mechanical repairs with no problems. All work is guaranteed, and the shop is clean. more

My father's Mercury was in a minor fender bender. Since it was his prized automobile, I was sure glad we brought it to Car Crafters. The shop technicians were willing to hear my concerns.   • Welcome to Car Crafters! We are a locally owned and operated shop in Albuqeurque, New Mexico and have been in businessfor over 32 years. When he was younger, owner and founder Jim Guthrie developed a passion for racing which led to a knack for fixing cars. He started repairing cars for friends and family out of his parents garage. When their cul-de-sac reached it's capacity, Guthrie's parents told him to stop and focus on college or get his own body shop. In January 1982, Guthrie chose the latter and started Car Crafters in a one car garage. Today, Car Crafters has a 70,000 square foot facility right in the heart of Albuqeurque.
