I recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK 350 from Car Connections and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service I received. \r \r The one on one attention I received form Dave demonstrated exactly how much Car Connections cares about the buying experience. All of my questions were answered promptly and honestly and at no point during my visit did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Eric did a superb job checking and detailing my new car before I left. Even after I took the car home they still stood by a problem and reimbursed me for the cost, which to me, speaks volumes. They even picked me up from a local train station as I was from out of town.\r \r This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I have ever and without hesitation I would approach Dave again when looking for my next car. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes AMG C63 from Car Connections USA, and have had a terrible experience. The car was represented as having never been wrecked. However, 4 days after the car was purchased, I discovered there had been SIGNIFICANT paint work done to the car (almost every panel/door was redone. Car Connections USA said they had hardly made any money on the transaction anyway (like that has anything to do with the issue), and refused to accept any responsibility or help in any way with the damages. There is a lot more to the story, and this site will be updated in a couple of weeks to reflect a full and accurate account. Trust and integrity are always at question when you purchase from a used car dealer, especially when you purchase over the internet. And with Car Connections USA, it appears their policy is BUYER BEWARE. I'm sure most cars sold through Car Connections USA are easy and succesful, but the real test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong.
