This is a warning to all who would venture in to seek a viable vehicle this is not the place! I the preacher when in to their fairfield location to purchase a vehicle to get back and forth to work and to have a viable vehicle to take care of person business! Seach the internet for reviews of people who have had a positive experience with buy here pay here dealerships and to my surprise car connection seem to have the kind of car dealership with integrity. Well I decided ti give them a try and I took my hard earned money and thought that because of the reviews that were posted, giving these people great reviews. That I myself would have the same experience and that was not the case at all! Both warn and tell you of their sales tactics are very deceptive, they will assure you that you are receiving a great quality used late model vehicles bujt in fact most of them if not all of them are well hidden wrecks in which they have had great body work done on these cars to cover up the horrible condition in which some of these cars are in and they will not stand behind their cars the attitude is your problem, just give us our money! They also will not give you a clear amount of money that is needed to aquire the vehicle hitting you with hidden fees that is not on the window showing the actual down payment in which they are requiring a down payment that would rival the down payment of any new car from legitimate car dealers. Also they will discourage any test drives at all being fearful that the poor condition of the car will found out. Knewiing most of the cars are death traps and the needed repairs will be to costly be made and to make monthly payments that are way to high!!!!!!!! mine was 576.00 plus insurance so if you're concidering buy form here do yourself a service don't but here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had nothing but a good experience with car connection. It didn't take that long and all of the people there were great. Would not have bought 3 vehicles from them if it was bad. Linda more

I purchased a car from them almost 2 years ago. It has been a great car. They specialize in bad credit loans and always have late model cars. I have had 1 major problem with the car ( but there was a service bulletin on the issue with the manufacture). more

I went the other day to get a car from the lot in fairfield. They had the car that I wanted, so I got it. They seemed ok, but the major problem with them is that they are the slowest group of people ever. They kept telling me it would only be a few more mins, but they kept me there from 1030-445........ Sound rediculous? Oh ya. Anyway what the other guy said about his girl buying a car i second that notion. If you do not know what to look for in a car then i would be careful they will sell to anyone that comes in. I would have preferred the dealership in colerain, but they were closed until monday next week. Anyhoo, dunno if this helps at all, but if you go there be prpaired to take a while. Good luck. so my girlfriend took it upon herself to go to a used car dealership without a man present therefore she was preyed upon and was pressured into buying a car that she wasnt even looking to purchase she was unaware of any warning signs like reasons not to buy. well she did and come to find out they sold her a rolling death trap within 2 weeks of the purchase the front axels broke and the wheel bearings went out while driving on the interstate sure shes at fault for not knowing what to buy but they assured her that it had been throughly examined and now shes out alot of money for repairs and tow bills dont trust these people and im not being sexist but ladies do not purchase a car ever unless you know what to look for or you have a man with you that knows what to look for Pros: nothing Cons: they will talk you into buying a junk car more
