The sales people are pretty friendly but do not be deceived....They will rip you off, guaranteed! What they do is mark their cars up between $2000 and $3000+ OVER Kelly Blue Book Values...Then they try and twist numbers around and make you think you are getting a good deal, but when you ask them how much they are selling the car for, they say, don't worry about the price, we'll work the numbers with the bank. Then they come back with the monthly payment figures and how much down payment is needed, but are VERY evasive when it comes to the actual price of the car. I ended up with a 2005 Volvo S60 that they ended up selling me for almost $16K which is way over book value...I also gave them $1000 down and a car that had equity! So basically they got about $17.5K for a car that they should have sold for $14K. Then they sold me a 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg, which I love, but they sold it to me for $19K and I gave them $5K down and a car that was upside by about MAYBE $3000. So all in all they got another $21K for the VW. That car is worth about $17K. When he sold me the Volvo, he said the sale price was $15,900 but I talked them down to $14,500. When they sent the financing through, it was financed for $15,700 and he's trying to tell me it was from a dealer fee! It is partly my fault for not doing better research, but my god, it is sad that you have to be on your BEST game to walk out of CAR CABANA without being completely RIPPED OFF! SAD!! What goes around comes around though...They have lost my business for life, and I have told everybody I know to stay away! I am not just bitter toward them...I am trying to save other people before they become victims...I am completely upside down now on 2 cars within 2 days of buying them! Please take my advice and stay AWAY! I am going to post everywhere I can, including filing a complaint to the BBB, posting on Facebook, and my wife who is a web developer, is going to make me a website dedicated to helping people avoid them. I would only remove the comments if they sincerely tried to make things right. The volvo had about 3-4 things wrong with it, that they were unwilling to fix, and the Jetta came with no remote keyless entry which will cost me an additional $300 from VW..BE AWARE!!! I am out about $5,500 from their crooked sales tactics
