This ice cream place is the best! It is located in Holland and is the perfect stop after a day at the beach! They offer so many treats that it is hard to decide what to order! You cannot drive by without seeing a mob of people waiting to order. You can get anything from a cone, to a sundae, to flurries, to slushes, to novelty treats! I can't seem to drive by without stopping for a cold treat on a hot day! more

Captain Sundae has a huge selection of custom made sundaes and ice cream treats. They can make anything you can dream up. Great soft serve ice cream. They make going for ice cream a fun family activity with a nice outdoor setting with plants, benches, and places for kids to climb. It's always busy in the summer! New south side location is opening soon! more

Looking for great ice cream and social atmosphere? This is the place for you! It’s definitely a locals place. Always jammed with people their Tommy Turtle is what they’re known for. They have 2 current locations and a new one to open spring 2006. Definitely a must for a summer activity. more

MMMM, Ice cream.... 8/20/2005

I love the turtle sundaes here. They have a prime location on the way to the beach, but the traffic is difficult on the way home. I like the prices, the outdoor seating and the fact that they get you in and out of there fast! It's very family friendly! more
