I HAVE HAD TWO BAD VISITS AT THIS BUSINESS IN THE PASS. THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED SOME SHRIMP FOR MY DAUGHTER. IT WAS BURNED AND I NOTICED HER TRYING TO PICK THE BURNED COATING OFF. I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER, WHO STATED THAT THE SHRIMP WAS COOKED ON A TIMER AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. MAY I SUGGEST THAT THEY RESET THE TIMER IN ORDER TO PRODUCE A EATIBLE PRODUCT OR FIRE THE COOK.\r
THE SECOND VISIT I WAS SERVED FRIED FISH THAT WAS COLD AND SOAKED IN GREASE. I AGAIN COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER, WHO GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I THINK THEY ARE COOKING THE FISH AHEAD OF TIME AND ALLOWING IT TO SOAK UP GREASE. FIRE THE COOK AND THE MANAGER AND SELL FRESHLY COOKED FISH THAT IS NOT GREASY.
