Best crabs in the area 4/26/2012

I saw the previous review and, while I can't speak for that person, I can say that I have been getting crabs here for about six years now. The crabs are always hot, meaty, heavy, well seasoned, everything a Balmore crab should be. The staff here has always been extremely helpful and very nice. I can't think of another crab spot I'd rather spend my money with. more

Horrible Customer Service 7/1/2011

Had the worst experience today at Captain Dick's. Placed an order today for two dozen female crabs. Upon returning home I realized the order was incorrect so I called with the complaint. The female owner was very rude and ignorant regarding the situation. I would not recommend anyone ever buy anything from them because it is not appreciated and they don't value their customers at all. more
