On Thursday night I had a craving for shrimp and garlic potatoes so I stopped by the 183rd street location and ordered a small shrimp meal. Justina asked would I like fries corn or potatoes, I said potatoes. With only two vehicles ahead of me, I got to the window in a reasonable amount of time, only to discover there were no more garlic potatoes. What a disappointment, and to ad insult to injury, the person had such a bad attitude about it. I felt like just driving away, but I didn't. Why do your employees have such a bad attitude in dealing with customers. This is one reason I don't stop by very often because I have to be in the right frame of mind to put up with your employees. You should fixed this through proper training and employee placement. Who's decision was it to have a person who knows nothing about customer service, acting as first contact to the public....Bad move on the part of the management. The shrimp was good with fries as an alternative but I still had a bad taste in my 'head' as a result of the experience.
