first of all reportcredit who posted in may 2005 is a fake account im sure by one of them! and yea this is a very dishonest and fraudulent company there is no professionalism there and its almost as if they are taunting you to get a rise out of you by being disrespectful! i for one will agree to partner up with any one willing to destroy this company i had perfect credit till these people and the shameful crook who has connections with them ruined that, taking me from the 700s to the low 600s they are crooks and should be ashamed of being such dishonest and disrespectful people and the way the represent themselves only adds to the fact that they are aware what they are doing is wrong .....\r \r by any chance did anyone get reported to them by baywater apartments ...>? it seems the lady there wonda is a class A con-artist and doesn't read the fine print in her own contracts either that or she's just a heartless crook. if so please contact me more

I wrote this company regarding its unprofessional, illegal and unethical practices, antics, tactics and procedures used of trying to collect an account from me, plus disputing the account. the company has not responded. it has been well almost two months. i have noticed this week that the account has been posted to my credit report(s). I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT ON THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S WEBSITE ON CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. more

After further investigate of capstone credit and collection we find that agreement that they are using aren't valid because their services are not been use by those companies.Name on agreement are of people who don't work for those holding company.The holding company who was contact and the complex had no idea about this.All The Credit Bureau's Has and will be notified of this deception.In fact one complex I spoke says they haven't been used in over five years.They from their understanding this corporation has been dissolved more

This place is a scam, tired of them calling me for a balance that was never suppose to be. I was given a deposit back from my old apartments and was still called by these fools for a balance. WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I OWED ANYTHING. GET A LIFE PAUL. more

This company needs to be stopped. There was a new bill passed (bill s2086) ~ must read up on this~. As of Oct 1, 2010 there might be a way to stop these guys. To launch an investigation there will need to be 5 valid complaints on this company with in a 12 month period. I don't think this takes effect until Oct 1, 2010. So on Oct 2, 2010 if you had a problem with this company please call the Office Of Financial Regulations (850)453-7908. Tell them you need the Consumer Collection Practice Act Complaint Form. Capstone also changed from an Inc to an LLC this year. I called to make paymetns on my daughter's account adn was told that even if I made the payments it woudl go ont he credit report. When I asked waht the point was of paying it off if that was the case, Carrie Morgan slammed the phone down in my ear. When I called back to speak to the obviously fictional ""Ron Price"", she said that I had talked to her before adn slammed the phone down again. UNBELIEBABLE!!!
