Italian Restaurant 5/12/2012

Capri's Italian is my favorite restaurant. It is quiet and we can enjoy our meal without a lot of noise. I love the Baked Spaghetti and the salads are excellent. Wine comes with the meal, but I usually order tea. My husband will sometimes have a glass of wine. Dining out should be a relaxing and enjoyable time. Capri's is that and more. I highly recommend this restaurant. more

The worst lasagna i ever ate tomato soup for sauce and no garlic in the lasagna. Horrible food. Salad dressing so salty it would make you have a stroke if you had high blood pressure. more

Capris has wonderful Italian food. 12/11/2008

Capris is an Americanized Italian restaurant. They have great prices and most meals come with a glass of wine. The food is better than most Italian restaurants. more

  • A Wonderful local Italian food restaurant! Julius N. Cap Capri of Altoona, Pennsylvania, was placed in charge of all civilian mechanics at the base, then called Greenville Army Air Base. Mama Capri began making pizzas in her kitchen once a week for the Yankees at the base. Her workload became enormous. After World War II, Cap Capri remained in Greenville, and his family opened a log cabin restaurant on Augusta Road. Capri's Restaurant propered and today, both Yankees and Carolinians can find an abundance of good Italian food at any of our three locations!
