The Best I've ever encountered! 7/17/2006

I own a small business and have used many different computer repair companies - most are overpriced and staffed with arrogant technicians. Not Capricorn! They are extremely knowledgeable, low priced and FRIENDLY! I have made Capricorn MY computer repair vendor and have referred them to many of my friends and business associates. Great Customer Service 1/25/2006

Renee Snow has a great personality, explains things so that the "average joe computer person" such as I can understand. She's always willing to stay on the line and help with any problems I have had. If it cannot be rectified via phone, I know I can take my computer to her office and will get a fair estimate on what it will cost to fix the problem. Overall, I rate this company as excellent. more

I have been using Capricorn Computer Service for several years now. They are always very honest about what my computer needs and they offer the most inexpensive way to repair it. They are very dependable and quick to respond. I often call Renee with "how to I do that" questions. She is always very patience and most helpful. I highly recommend their quarterly maintenance program it's wonderful! more

Always there to help! 1/24/2006

We've used Capricorn Computers several times for things such as really bad virus attacks to networking our computers throughout the house. Several times we've had to call Renee and ask questions and we've always gotten an answer and/or a prompt service call. I think they've been really great, I'm a professional person, an RN in a busy cardiovascular critical care area and I can help save your life but anything beyond e-mails is pretty much a gamble. Thanks Renee, you've been great! more

Computer Repair Review 1/24/2006

Capricorn provided excellent repair service in a very short period of time. I was very frustrated with my computer because I could no longer control the mouse due to a hole in my firewall. I need my computer to function correctly so I had to have it repaired immediately. Fortunately for me, Capricorn came through and delivered on their promise to have it repaired the same day. They also recommended a software package, Panda, for future prevention. I would recommend Capricorn to anyone. more
