We went there for brunch on Sunday, August 10, 2008 and the food was good, but the service was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I strongly believe my server, Andrea, was either high or drunk. First, she came to serve us and told us to talk to her while she cleaned spilled coffee from the table next to us, which basically meant we had to talk to her butt. Then, she never brought us any utensils, sugar, water, you name it until we requested it several times, more often getting these items from other servers rather than from her. She did however insist on bringing us our bill within 10 minutes of being in the restaurant, when it was obvious we were not done eating yet. What is wost, after complaining about it to the manager, he did not do anything about it and the service got even worst!! The woman had the nerve to complain about us complaining to the manager behind our table at the servers station, where we could hear her loud and clear!!\r

We then passed on the complaint to the hotel manager, who simply told us that there was nothing he could do and that it was too bad we had a bad experience... What kind of 5 start establishment are they running?\r

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.\r

Don't waste your money, time or energy in this place if you are looking for a fine brunch experience. I would instead recommend either Owens Brennan's or Texas de Brazil. The food in these two places is superb and the service is outstanding.\r

My experience at the Peabody/Capriccio's was truly disappointing, all the way up to the top management. Again, do not waste your time or money there, as it is not worth it in the least.
Pros: Decent Food
Cons: Awful service
