Charming ...a hidden gem. 1/10/2009

The 1st impression are the people....the owner, the bar tender, the server....friendly but not obtrusive. We started out by trying a ""rude cosmo"" recommended by the bartender.Worth asking for! Great to not feel rushed by the staff though out the evening...We had the calamari and the escargot stuffed mushrooms... both were good. A pleasant surprise to have soup or salad included with the meal. A nice variety on the menu..all four entrees were very tasty and presented nicely. Upscale decor.....cozy, classy and you can actually hear your dinner partners. We would return. more

Very good Italian 11/24/2008

Capriccio is good authentic Italian. You can tell from the moment that they warmly greet you as you enter that they have great Italian hospitality.\r I have a soft spot for Calamari and theirs is very good. The bruschetta is very good and more authenitic than most with a little bit of garlic and very good extra virgin olive oil which really bring together the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. It is hard to recommend a pasta dish because a person's taste comes so much in the play, but I have liked each of the ones I have tried and usually go with one of the lasagnas. I recommend the tiramisu or the cheese cake for dessert. Good feel, good ambiance, good service and good value, and on top of those, they people working there have always seemed to be really nice people. When you have a choice in where to spend your dining dollars, it is always nice to patronize places operated by such nice individuals. Pros: Very nice and friendly service more

Best Italian so far in Texas 10/28/2007

Past weekend we decided to go to this Fine Italian Restaurant in Flower Mound called Capriccio. Great Ambiance,Great Food and the most professional yet friedly Service,When you are there ask for this Good looking waiter 'Ferid'. Every thing we ordered was delicious.Tiramisu was the best we ever had.Next time we will try their Sunday Brunch.It sure is Fine Dining at Casual Pace..... Pros: Food,Service,Ambience more

If you need a catering deal, Capriccio Italia Ristorante is for you! I've used them twice now on short notice, and they've exceeded all my expectations. Working with Najam was such a pleasure?.he was very helpful in recommending what type of food I should serve and how much to order, etc. They make it so easy for you?.from setting up to serving and clean up after the event. The servers were very helpful, which allowed me to just sit back and enjoy my evening. \r \r The food is delicious?.I?ve received nothing but compliments from my guests. Great food and exceptional service especially when brought to your home!! 10/20/2007

We were spoiled from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. On short notice, Capriccio Italia Ristorante arrived on time at our home and served five courses of outstanding food and a variety of wines for very important guests. Jason, our server, was very good. Thank you Najam. Pros: Service & Food more
