Horrible, horrible experience EVER!!! I did go to this salon before and always was satisfied, but this time was awful. I had dark brown hair and wanted to get hi-lights. I showed a picture to my stylist and she told me she can do it. Well, long story short: my hair looked the same. After she did hi-lights she put toner that was too dark and brought my hair to the original color. Also, the service I got that day wasn't exceptional, three different people did my hair because my stylist was too busy with other customers. I addressed the issue right away, I told them that I wasn't happy with the color, it was way too dark, you could not see any hi-lights. They didn't try to do anything about it, didn't even say sorry or anything. When I called the owner in two days to tell him that I wasn't happy with my color, he told me that he knows that stylists work and I am no longer welcomed to their salon, and his exact words were: "Have a nice life" What kind of business do you run there? I didn't ask for money back, nothing. All I wanted to come back and get it fixed, but he dint ever proposed that. Very unprofessional, and rude. STAY AWAY from this salon. Missy is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She pays attention to your problem areas and Jill does an awesome job on my hair. This is an exceptional salon and spa. I highly recommend going there. more

Everyone is so friendly. It is a great salon and spa, my stylist spent a long time on my consultation and really gave me what I wanted. Had a facial with Dara and it was magical. The staff was very knowledgeable on Aveda products. Can't wait to go back! more

I hesitate to ever going back to Capretti even in their soon to be open location in Settler's Ridge. I have gone only two times to their Crafton location but the stylist was more focused on her personal life then on my hair. If I have to tell a stylist how to cut my hair, I might as well cut it myself or go to a quick clip salon. I need suggestions on what they think would look good. It's a gamble on who you get and unless you know, it is just a luck of the draw. more

This is a full service Aveda Salon. I could spend a whole day there! They offer massages, manicures, pedicures, hair styling and make up. The stylists are professional and the ambiance is very relaxing. If you haven't tried any of Aveda's products, it's a must to visit this salon. Their products are all natural and the aroma is very relaxing. You can try before you buy since they have testers of all the items they sell. more
