Friendly, Reliable, and Honest 7/8/2016

I love taking all of our vehicles to Cappy's!!! The staff is friendly and not high-pressure. If they find something wrong with your vehicle, they will immediately notify you and ask what you want them to do. All services are fast and done well, no corners cut, no errors made. Thank you Bob for providing a wonderful, friendly, caring service to this town!!! more

My not running truck 7/3/2016

I had to get my truck to Cappy's Tire & Auto Service. It was giving me trouble getting it to start. I did not know if there was something wrong with my battery or the celluloid. Bob and his crew knew they needed to replace the celluloid and put new cables on my battery connection. My truck nicely started and drove off well. I was able to turn the truck off and then later started it and it started beautifully. Hurray! more

Newe Battery 6/29/2016

Wife's battery died over the weekend. Cappy's was able to get me in first thing on Monday and had it all taken care of. Always great service! more

Worked my appt. in on another busy day 6/8/2016

Even though, it was another busy day, Bob set an appt. for my car to be serviced, tires rotated and brakes checked. I thought I would have more expense that day in replacing brakes. I was told it was not necessary yet. I truly appreciate their carefulness and honesty on what my car needs. more

Broke Down ON Interstate 3/31/2016

I was heading home from shopping in Des Moines and my vehicle decided it was time for the fuel pump to no longer work and I wasn't going to make it home....this was late in the afternoon. I called Cappy's and in a very short time I was picked up and my vehicle was towed in! They are the best! more
