Cappuccino Bay Aquarium

I totally agree with the previous comments from Tara! Not only is the woman unfriendly, but so is the rest of the staff! There was one gentlman working there that was super nice but I've only seen him once. I always feel like it's a hassle for them when we ask questions or to pick an item out and have them bag it up. We have spent a lot of money at this place but only because it's closer to our home than other aquarium stores and because of the selection. If they had the staff that Marine Fish (Johnson Ferry Rd) has, they'd be set. Hands down, Marine Fish has the best staff!!! My advice to Cappuccino Bay would be to brush up on your customer service!!! At minimum, the owners should at least be friendly and set the example for the other employees. more

Although this is a top notch aquarium store (products and livestock), the staff is very unfriendly. The one person in particular (I think she may be the owner) actually has a scowl on her face the whole time. It makes you feel very unwelcome, as if you're interrupting her day. My husband and I really like their livestock...healthy and a large selection, but it's almost always a place of 'last resort' for us, because no one there answers questions or offers help. Very unfriendly. more
