I just started going to Erin at Cappella's and am SO glad that I found her! She is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She listens to what I want and makes suggestions that would look good on me and my face shape and skin color. I am very happy with my haircut and color and look forward to visiting Erin every few weeks! Pros: personalized attention, friendly staff, professional results more

Cappella's Studio is a hidden treasure! 4/16/2010

I have been coming to Erin now for approximately 4 years and have never left her chair unhappy. She is extremely dedicated to client satisfaction, and has extensive knowledge of color and styling. I always appreciate her insight and never second guess any advice she provides. In a weak economy, there tends to be a need to cut back on certain luxuries, however, Erin is worth every penny. Cappella's Studio is family owned and operated, and offers a variety of fashion jewelry and clothing, on top of being a full service salon. more

I Like Mike 4/14/2010

I have been going to Mike Capella for about 14 years for my haircuts and keep going back. When out of town for a long period of time, I stretch my haircut until I can get back to Mike. Cappella's Studio 4/13/2010

Capellas is a great place to get a great haircut. It's convenient to West Chester. They get you in an out quickly if you are in a hurry. The people are friendly and they use quality products. Erin is especially good with kid haircuts even if you have a finicky teenager :) You can also do a little shopping there since they sell jewelry and accessories. Great experience all in all. A stylist who can cut both straight and curly hair! 4/3/2010

I had been looking for a stylist for over a year in west chester with zero success. I have curly hair and have a hard time finding someone who can handle it. Erin does a great job and I am always thrilled with my haircuts. I also have had trouble finding someone who can cut my daughter's straight hair well. Erin did both! Erin is the best around!! 4/1/2010

.I've been going to Erin for 6 years now. I was referred to her by a friend after I had a bad experience with red hair dye. She is a whiz with color and on my first visit she was able to perfectly match my roots to get me back to my original hair color. She is fantastic at cutting hair too. I tell her the look I'm going for and she makes it work for my hair type every time. I also recently hired Erin for my wedding day. She came to the house and did 6 completely different and gorgeous up-dos in 4 1/2 hours and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Erin at Cappella's for color, cut and up-dos. She is extremely friendly and professional. (oh and great at eyebrow shaping too! and did I mention reasonably priced?) Pros: Great cut, color and updos, friendly service more

The main reason I started going to Cappella's when we first moved to the area almost four years ago, was because they had later hours - I could get my hair cut after work and wouldn't have to use my precious Saturday (already crammed with errands). Only place I go for a haircut 3/30/2010

I have been getting my haircut by Erin for the past 15 years now. I started going to her when they were located in the small salon in West Chester. I have never been disappointed with my experience with Cappella's, Erin is always on time and gives me a haircut that I like/want. I am very picky with my haircuts so when I lived in Pittsburgh and would get a bad haircut I would make an appointment with Erin as soon as possible because she always knew how to cut my hair. Erin is execellent with cutting mens hair as well as cutting womens hair. I would recomend Erin to anyone who is looking for a new stylist. Pros: Always Professional and Nice more

I will never go anywhere else! 3/12/2010

A friend refereed me to Erin at least four years ago and I love her. I like to change up my hair style and color a lot, and she always keeps up with the current styles, gives me honest opinions, and most importantly, she doesn't give me a cut or color SHE wants to see me in. She always gives me what I want. I come in with a picture of what I want (physical or in my head) and it always comes out exactly how I pictured. Not only is Erin a fantastic stylist, she is so nice and very easy to talk to. The salon also has really cute accessories (jewelry, belts, bags ect) and hair products available for purchase. Really cute stuff! great for gifts! I strongly recommend giving Erin a visit! :) Pros: awesome hairstyles and conversation more

Best Hair Salon Around 7/28/2009

Cappella's Studio is small, classy, and friendly salon with the best talent in the area working there. Every time I go in, Erin and I come up with some new hair style and/or color to try. She always knows the latest techniques and trends so my hair always looks amazing, and I get tones of complements. I wouldn't trust any other place with my hair. The only place I trust with my hair 7/27/2009

Let my start by saying I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair cuts. I have never walked out of a salon 100% satisfied, but always just settled. UNTIL I started going to Cappella's studio. Erin has been the only person I trust to cut, colour, and style my hair since I first started coming to Cappella's in August of 2007. She's always willing to go to whatever lengths (no pun intended) to make sure what I wanted was always what I ended up receiving. The location of Cappella's is great, as well. There is ample parking, and the salon is beautiful without being all snobby. It's a classy place, but everyone there is so nice and easy to talk to! I give Cappella's five stars! Pros: Small and friendly, but professional Cons: It's not open 24 hours a day :D more

Talented young hair stylist with a gift for color 9/22/2006

Erin at Capella's Studio does a wonderful job with both cut and color. She understands what I want my hair to look like and makes excellent suggestions. The hair salon is tucked in the back of a small boutique-- you get a lot more talent than you would expect from what seems like an afterthought. I get as many compliments from Erin's work as I've gotten from top-of-the-line salons in Center City Philadelphia.
