If you go in a big group, then you're lucky to even jump on your reserved date. We had a party of 17 people and the manager overbooked and could not handle the load. He blamed it all on us, stating we told him that only 10 people were coming when I called two days prior and reminded him that there were 17 maybe 20 people showing up. My other friend also reminded him a month in advance when we reserved. This man doesn't seem to write things down and forgets things frequently. We made a reservation and he let other people and smaller groups go ahead of us that came in later. He told us that those other people had come in earlier in the week and weren't able to jump because of weather issues. When we asked those same people, they denied those claims made by the manager and we were told by those same people that it was the first time they came and were not there earlier in the week.\r

He flat out lied to us. He knew he can keep a large group, like us, there all day and we wouldn't leave. Smaller groups will leave if they see a long wait so he let them go ahead of us to increase his business for the day. I find that very disappointing that some business would cheat their customers like that.\r
On top of that, their plane is extremely small. You can only fit two jumpers in at a time. The plane looks quite old and very shaking. They only have one old plane for tandem jumpers. The other brand new plane, they keep only for experienced ""fun"" jumpers."" They care more about the ""fun"" jumpers because they pay more to jump and come more often.\r

My entire group came in at 11:30 AM and we were there until sundown at around 8 PM and even then 10 of us didn't get to jump. We were going to walk out at multiple times but they kept insuring us that we would all be able to jump by days end. Well that really didn't happen now did it. \r

If you're planning on jumping, then I would suggest you go somewhere else, even if you have to drive to another city. This place is just not worth it.
Pros: Good location, Beautiful area
Cons: Small shaky plane, terrible organizational skills and reservations, Some instructors don't give instructions when tandem jumping, Non-customer friendly business practices
