Capitol Retirement Village is operated under the HUD 202 PRAC program, specifically designed for seniors able to live with, or without, supportive services. Under this program, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) offers admission to the facility to seniors 62 years or older. In addition, you must be in the very low annual income group. Four apartments have convenient wheelchair accessibility features.
