My one-year old washer decided to leak on the 13th month I owned it. I contacted RC Wiley, where I bought it and they referred me to Capital Appliance Service for the warranty work. Unfortunately, since it broke on the 13th month, my labor cost was not paid for; however, the parts were.
I set up a time for the repair man to come out and look at my machine. He arrived very promptly and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, just by listening to the machine. He was able to replace the part that was broken in about an hour and was very knowledgeable in this type of machine.
He was very clean-cut and courteous. A great representation of the company he worked for. I would not hesitate calling them again to fix any of my appliances.
PROS: Very nice, knowledgeable, service man!
CONS: $135 labor charge.
