Amazing people that answer the phone. They were so helpful. They helped me diagnose my problem, had the parts that I needed in stock and then had the best prices on those parts. When I could not complete the repair they had the nicest tech come and finish for me. He treated me with respect and showed me where I had gone wrong. he also cleaned my washer for free and gave me some samples to used for my dishwasher. Who could ask for more!!!! more

Would NEVER use this company. Left multiple messages, never received a call back. Called back a third time... they had no records of my phone messages. The lady answering the phone was a total AIR-HEAD. Had to repeat my information numerous times only to be told they were too busy... told me to call someone else. Asked why they did not have my info, said she did not know. more

I was referred to Capitol Refrigeration for my refrig and I will never use this company again. Michael, the service tech, was at my house for a total of 10 minutes, talked on his cell phone for 5 of those minutes and put on his glasses, & opened my refrig & looked at the model # told me my refrig was too old to fix (1999 refrig) and charged me $75.00 service fee! He didn't do anything to help me! I would never recommend this company! more

My one-year old washer decided to leak on the 13th month I owned it. I contacted RC Wiley, where I bought it and they referred me to Capital Appliance Service for the warranty work. Unfortunately, since it broke on the 13th month, my labor cost was not paid for; however, the parts were. I set up a time for the repair man to come out and look at my machine. He arrived very promptly and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, just by listening to the machine. He was able to replace the part that was broken in about an hour and was very knowledgeable in this type of machine. He was very clean-cut and courteous. A great representation of the company he worked for. I would not hesitate calling them again to fix any of my appliances. PROS: Very nice, knowledgeable, service man! CONS: $135 labor charge. more
