Capitol Places has not worked for me 1/29/2009

Just wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Nice amenities but had troubles with mangement and neighbors. Probably a case by case thing. Be careful of homeless shelter that's close but that's not Capitol Places fault. Can't beat a good house and a yard is what I'm thinking. Pros: Not bad amenities Cons: Troubles with residents but that's what you get when living close to others. more

Great apartments and great location 4/22/2008

The management is very pleasant and locally owned and operated. They have been the driving force to the revitalization of downtown. Pros: Location, quality, staff Cons: city living - if you don't like it - street noise more
