This supposed ""company"" decided my father's non-emergent dialysis transport wasn't a high priorty for them. We called to find out the status of his ride and the operator could care less about our situation. This is a life saving procedure my father needs every other day and these people weren't concerned in the least. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are unprofessional and have no regard for the services they provide. They don't even deserve one star.
