The Absolute Worst 8/29/2011

I should have done more research before signing with these guys. They told me a time frame that was inaccurate, had someone contacted me this would have been alleviated. Bob "The Owner" took no responsibility for his sales staff (hope he has better parenting skills than that), the job was a mess. Presumably lead dust everywhere ( I have 2 young children). They left window shades uninstalled. Do yourself a favor. Go with Bennett. Friend used them and had no regrets. Shame on me. Any sort of reply to this is an admission of guilt in my book. more

low estimate - high final cost 8/28/2011

Ended up paying almost twice the original cost. Salesman claimed original cost did not take into account some issues which I know we had discussed. Company would not give me an estimate as to when the work would be started. They would not say if it would be in a week, two weeks or a month. The work crew - who did their job well - showed up unannounced as I was leaving for work. more
