My dd just recently went with this bank after a mess up at another well known bank. That mess up, which was the banks fault, was not corrected and my dd had to foot that cost.
Capital one has several locations in and around the Thibodaux area. Each location has some wonderful people at each location, all ready and willing to serve the customer's needs. And especially different, this bank does not rush the customer's as we were in the lobby last week opening her acct well pass the closing time and no one seemed to mind.
For such a large banking institution, which I am sure they have branches located throughout the United States, Capital One brings the hometown feeling to our small city.
