Who did you deal with at capital? All I can say is this everyone of my clients closed on time and got the best personal service available in the mortgage industry. Do you like aggravation? 8/29/2005

Please avoid this Mortgage Broker at all costs if you want your mortgage closing to go smoothly. Even with 60 days to put our loan together they managed to find a way to not have our paperwork in place hours before the scheduled closing. I don't know if all companies in the Mortgage business are this problematic but I can tell you that this one is worth avoiding! Cons: lack of follow-up, disorganized, you name it more
