I just purchased a bus from this company and was very surprised to see the reviews they had on here. I actually found them through a friend of mine who had been using them for years and didn't research them online. Now I want to do my part, though, and tell how GREAT my experience was with them. I have not had a problem at all and thought they were very honest and open about my purchase. The sales guy up there was very helpful and got me the bus I needed for a very fair and great price. I have now used them for service work as well and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Prices are very competitive and the staff is great. They have followed through on any and all promises that they have given me so far. I was very shocked to see the other reviews so Capital City Transit was well deserving of a good review not just negatives. more

This company is unethical. They promise one thing in the bill of sale, and then deliver something else completely. The reviewer below has it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Deceptive trade practices. more
