Warranty Recall Service 1/30/2016

Everything was done correctly until they returned my car damaged. I didn't see the damage until the next day. Now I am waiting to see what they are going to do about it. It's been about two weeks and I haven't heard anything else except when I sent the pictures to the dearlership. more

Nice service 12/8/2015

They have free doughnuts and coffee and a nice, comfortable waiting area. They offered me a free car wash and told me how much my service for an oil change would be. Staff came up to me, I didn't have to search for help. Very friendly and I was gone in an hour. Would recommend. My car also looks great and shiny now. Thanks! more

We arrived without an appointment and they took us right in fixed the problem and even fit us in for a oil change, and had the car washed, great customer service thank you. more

Excellent service 11/3/2015

Every time I get my Hyundai serviced at Capital City Hyundai I leave happy and I am not questioning if they did what was supposed to be done. My car is shining and my carpets clean. The team of people taking care of my car are happy and welcoming and seem to really care about mine and my car's well-being. If the service is to take more than an hour, they gladly take me to the nearest shopping area and pick me back up when I call them. more

When I walk into the Capital City Hyundai dealership it's like I'm family, last year everyone even walking by speak and Smile making sure I've been helped or offering me a A bottle of water here i'm always greeted with a great attitude if I need the service department they are quick efficient and keep me up-to-date while the repairs are being done so that I'm not wondering how much longer. more
