i gave them a second shot and it was fair. Still not as good as other dealers in the Raleigh-Durham Area. Pros: None Cons: High Pressure

I have been to several dealerships and never found a place as wonderful as Bobby Murray Chevy. The service manager was very professional and genuine. The cost of service was very reasonable and everyone was pleasant. I was in and out with my problems fixed in no time at all. I witnessed the service manager thanking his employee for a great job and that was gratifying to see. I would definetly recommend this dealership based on convenience, cost and professionalism. GREAT JOB! more

Bent over backwards to help me 4/25/2011

Took my Tahoe in for transmission service and the service department couldn't be more helpful. They bent over backwayds to help me, check-in was very fast and efficient, calls were exactly as they said they would be, car was fixed when they said they would have it done, what more can you ask. I wouldn't buy my future Chevy's from anyone else but Bobby Murray, great business folks. more

Very impressed with the dealership 4/20/2011

Our sales person Chuck was able to achieve our expectations of satisfactory out the door price with trade that two other GM dealership were unable to meet as they did no offer to meet a credit union membership discount. Also no 5 min price negotiation departures.Very impressed with the dealership. more

Very impressed with our sales person and how they do business at Bobby Murrayt Chevrolet. we switched to them after a less than pleasant shopping experience at Hendricks Chevrolet in Cary. The tewo dealerships are night and day In how they listen to and treat their customers. If we were in the market for another chevrolet we would definitely go to Bobby Murray again and would strongly recommend them to family and friends. more
