Everybody was so nice to me Mr. hoot Gibson deserves an award because I know I worried him to deaf about getting in this car and he made it possible. He was so niceand has an excellent attitude as well as the other people at bobby murray. I felt likeI was in their family the way everybody treated me. Great Experience! 5/25/2011

Tune-Up/Service Experience As soon as we drove in, someone came straight to the car to greet us, ask us our problem (very courteous and respectful), and asked us to have a seat while the car was being worked on. Being a woman, I so appreciated the time he took to explain the issue and not make me feel like I didn't know what was going on. We got to talk with Bobby Jr. (the owner) while waiting and found him to be very professional and knowledgable. Thank you again, Bobby Murray Chevrolet, for a great experience! more

FANTASTIC SERVICE I've had my vehicles, both foreign and domestic, service at Bobby Murray Chevroelt for many years and could not be more pleased. My most recent service was for brake repairs that were completed in less time than anticipated and the cost was LESS than projected. Sales & Service Experiences I have been doing business with Bobby Murray Chevrolet for over 20 years and I have never experience anything like it before in purchasing anything. They are so courtious, they make me feel like I'm part of the Murray family. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from this dealership. As I think about it my children and my other family members purchase their vehicles from here as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for anything concerning an automobile. more

Completely satisfied 5/20/2011

Bobby Murray Chevrolet Inc. repaired some damage to the body of my Kodiak 7500 truck; the damage was in the corner where the passenger door, the roof and the windshield come together. The body work was completed within one business day of the original date promised. The work that was done was of excellent quality. Their estimated price was the lowest of three estimates that I had obtained, several thousand dollars less than the highest estimate. The final bill was several hundred dollars less than their estimate. I was completely satisfied with the work and the price and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I just want to share my great car buying experience with you. I just purchased a 2011 Cruze from Bobby Murray Chevrolet, salesman Fisher Beasley was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I contacted him first on line and gave him what I was looking for and he was professional, prompt, and attentive through the whole process. I would recommend that dealership and salesman with out reservation. All those at Bobby Murray who I came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful but not pushy. Two thumbs up to Fisher. more

I have been to several dealerships and never found a place as wonderful as Bobby Murray Chevy. The service manager was very professional and genuine. The cost of service was very reasonable and everyone was pleasant. I was in and out with my problems fixed in no time at all. I witnessed the service manager thanking his employee for a great job and that was gratifying to see. I would definetly recommend this dealership based on convenience, cost and professionalism. GREAT JOB! more

Took my Tahoe in for transmission service and the service department couldn't be more helpful. They bent over backwayds to help me, check-in was very fast and efficient, calls were exactly as they said they would be, car was fixed when they said they would have it done, what more can you ask. I wouldn't buy my future Chevy's from anyone else but Bobby Murray, great business folks. more

Achieved our expectations 4/20/2011

Our sales person Chuck was able to achieve our expectations of satisfactory out the door price with trade that two other GM dealership were unable to meet as they did no offer to meet a credit union membership discount. Also no 5 min price negotiation departures.Very impressed with the dealership. more
