Two days ago I was in your store, and I am sad to say I was extremely disappointed in the staff and the overall appearance. Your store was absolutely filthy and you are housing animals. I didn't want to touch anything due to all the dust and dirt. I could feel the dirt grinding under my shoes, not just that but I tripped over a upraised carpet that was covering a lip underneath. The lip where i tripped is near fish tanks so i dont find that safe. The fronts of all the tanks had white drips down them. Your tank labels were hard to read and didn't provide any information about the fish residing within. I didn't want to touch anything due to the dust and dirt. How can you house so many animals in such filth? Is it because you all go home at the end of the day?\r
If all of that isn't bad enough a brunette employee was very rude when I told her a lizard at least a foot long was running across the wall in the room. She had a very big attitude when I was only trying to help. Another employee was sitting there staring at us, without offering help, and not doing anything else. I recommend getting more helpful and willing employees, especially that young lady because there's no reason to be rude to paying customers. Bad business, because now I do not think I will ever return unless I hear big changes occurred. Not just that but I will not be recommending you. \r
Thank you for taking the time to read, I hope you take what i said as a building block and not as offensive as I know I proobably sound. I haven't been in your store for a long time before this and liked it before but after my last visit, I left angry.
