Very good customer service. They helped me care for my greyhound who had ripped off quite a good bit of skin and nursed her back to health. more

Poor customer service and attitudes at this animal hospital. We have used this facility for the last few years, but after our last two experiences we will not be returning. Our last two experiences were with Dr. Sarah Morgan, and her misdiagnosis of our dog's snake bite last summer, and her discourteous treatment of my husband when he dropped off our new kitten for treatment yesterday has lost our continued business with this clinic. When I arrived yesterday afternoon with my husband to address the situation, she did not take the time to come out and speak with me, and after I left to pick up my son from daycare, she cornered my husband in the exam room and had the discourtesy to ask him "so what's wrong with your wife?" And then proceeded to berate him for addressing our concerns with her poor customer service to the front office staff in front of other customers. Arrogant, unprofessional, and rude! more

i love the cape fear animal hospital. after bad experiences at other vets i went there and my furrbabys love going there where everywhere else i had to drag them in. there service is fast, VERY good, there friendly and even let me, as a worried doggy mommy, take my babys in the back to get the weight taken. also i never had any problems when i called 10 times a day to check up on my puppys when they had any surgery. always friendly. thank you for taking care of my babys more

Vet 12/31/2008

When my little dog had an emergency and her regular vet was unavailable, we visited this office. I was very nervous trusting her to someone I didn't know, but they were great and took wonderful care of her. more
