Poor customer service and attitudes at this animal hospital. We have used this facility for the last few years, but after our last two experiences we will not be returning. Our last two experiences were with Dr. Sarah Morgan, and her misdiagnosis of our dog's snake bite last summer, and her discourteous treatment of my husband when he dropped off our new kitten for treatment yesterday has lost our continued business with this clinic. When I arrived yesterday afternoon with my husband to address the situation, she did not take the time to come out and speak with me, and after I left to pick up my son from daycare, she cornered my husband in the exam room and had the discourtesy to ask him ""so what's wrong with your wife?"" And then proceeded to berate him for addressing our concerns with her poor customer service to the front office staff in front of other customers. Arrogant, unprofessional, and rude!
