We've used this company a number of times with good results. They are on time and have always fixed the problem the same day. They are not cheap but when there is no heat in the middle of the winter do you want professionals who get paid a professional rate, or do you want cut rate Billy Bob with his three different sized hammers to pound on the unit in the hope it starts working to do the repair? I am surprised the online ratings are not better since we checked this company on the Better Business Bureau and they are A+ rated there. I've noticed a lot of times that company's with A+ BBB ratings have poor online ratings, and think it's because the BBB actually thoroughly investigates any complaints to see if they have merit. more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 9/9/2010

I would like to tell everyone about these people! I had them come out to fix my AC they said they fixed and did not they charged me 300.00, when i called them and told them, they came out again and still didnt fix it and now they are telling me it wont be until next friday when they can come out again. Thats probably why no one should pay until we know its totally fixed. You would think that since I have paid you so much it would be a prioraty expecially since youve been out twice. But you can believe we will never use them again and we will find someone who can fix it. more

Made appointment for 7 days later, and they still did not show up! So I can't rate them because they don't keep appointments. I would try someone else! more

never a problem 1/4/2008

they are always honest and give you all of the information so you can make an educated decision. Replacing my unit soon, will definitely use them. Highly recommend more

These guys seem to know what they are talking about. They had no trouble answering my questions and were very encouraging. I do not think that they would "make up" things to get your prices jacked up. I think they are very honest people and should be considered. more
