All the staff at Cape Coral Premier Self Storage have been very friendly and informative for the two months I've been renting from them. The units seem to be in fairly good order but they need a little bit of maintenance. They haven't been there long but they still need a bit more upkeep. more

I had a good experience with Cape Coral Premier Self Storage. The area is clean and they are very professional. However, they are more pricey than some of the other climate controlled areas, which is why I don't know that I would necessarily recommend them as opposed to someone else. I've been storing there for two months. more

concerning rental of unit 10/24/2013

All the office gals were great very friendly and professional, my reason for leaving was because of the raise in the unit, because a few weeks prior to the rise in price there were dead roaches lying all over the halls, I just felt it was bad timing and a little to expensive. Most expensive place to rent in the Cape! 10/24/2013

We rented there from Feb. 2012 to Sept. 2013. In that time they went up on our rent 3 times. We had 2 units at first, but after the second rent increase we consolidated to 1 unit. Both units were the same size, outside garages. 3 months after the 2nd increase we got another letter raising our rent by $70.00. That was when we called it quits and found another unit in another facility. And, by the way, they advertise air conditioned garage storage units... no way it's possible. They have a vent-like thing in the ceiling so cool air from the A/C in the above units filters down, but once you open the garage door it's all gone! more

I was very happy during the year that we used the storage - it was always clean and there was always good security. We have since closed our storage unit as we no longer needed it but would use... 10/24/2013

All I can say is that it is the best well kept storage facility I have ever used and the employers/owners were always nice and helpful. I would use it again in the future if needed and would refer my friends and family to same. more

They had what I wanted for the price I was wanting to pay. 9/24/2013

There was some confusion initially. The person at Cape Coral Premier Self Storage showed me my unit and I moved in, but I ended up moving into the wrong unit. It worked out and was not a big deal. Then there was some confusion when the facility changed hands. I was getting letters saying my fee was up when I had paid for the whole year. But other than that, I haven't had any problems. It's been just about three months or so. Everything is fine the way it is. more

We used Cape Coral Premier Self Storage for self storage a two-week period. The people working there were great. They were really quick. We would use Cape Coral again in the future if we needed to. I would recommend them. They have good customer service. more

I've never used a self storage before. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although my storage was on the second floor, the elevators were roomy and convient. I saw no bugs. Premier made storage a breeze. One downfall. Although a moving truck was offered, none was ever available. more

I have had the very best experience with Cape Coral Premier Self Storage! I have been using them for about ten years, and it's been nothing but good. I have tried two different sized units over the years. The units are clean and air conditioned, which is important to me. The gate works great. The people at the front desk are just wonderful, and I have had very, very good relationships with all of the people who work there. I have used other self storage companies, but this is the one I always recommend to my family and friends. Everyone seems to be happy with it, too. more

I think the girl's name is Katie, who works at Cape Coral Premier Self Storage. She is very, very nice on a personal level. She seems to really care and is very professional and efficient. I had gone in there because I got a letter in the mail that said I had to stop in because there is a new owner and she said to disregard it. I'm going to start using my unit in September. I've used them when they were under a different name. I have my own business, so I store product there. I would say that the building and the facilities are spotless. They're very clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. The customer service is above excellent. more
