Richard Monroe has been interested in Ginger for over 60 years back to when he was a little boy enjoying his Aunts family Ginger beverage recipe. As he grew the interest also continued to grow. When he entered the US Army in the late 60’s he was stationed in Okinawa where ginger was prevalent in just about everything. Returning to the states the experiments blossomed into a pallet friendly organic beverage based on the old family recipe. The rest is history, the lightly carbonated Certified-Organic-Ginger beverages are now available in 6 flavors with more on the horizon.
