When I first started living here it wasn't too bad, but in the last few years it has gone totally downhill. One of the neighbors described it as being just like the inner city, and that is not really an exaggeration. The crime rate is going up with theft, vandalism, and even people having shots fired into their homes. In the last three years I have had my car broken into, bikes and lawn ornaments, and even a dog waste scooper, stolen. Other neighbors have had items stolen, windows broken out, and shots fired into their windows, and even when you can identify the person who did it (as in EYE WITNESS) the management has the same response - ""What do you want me to do about it?"" The water gets turned off repeatedly so everyone has to go without water, and it is never turned on when they say it is going to be. It has even been off overnight. This happens multiple times a month, and sometimes as often as two or three times a week. They set up a million rules and regulations that they want everyone to follow, but don't enforce them for everyone and they do nothing to make this a better community. This place is totally bad, and it is slowly being cleared out. When I moved in there were hardly any empty lots; now there are several. There are even more homes with ""For Sale"" signs in them, and I have personal knowledge of other people who don't have their homes for sale, but who plan on moving out. The management doesn't care and won't do anything but harrass the tenants who already live here. I don't know one person who has anything good to say about the current manager, myself included. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone a friend or stranger, and for anyone who is potentially considering moving into this ""mobile home community"" I have only one word - DON'T!!!!!
Pros: It is close to Powers Boulevard
Cons: The management stinks and the park is a total crime area
