Canyon Ridge Apartments

This place looks amazing, and sounds amazing, until you live here. It's just a nightmare. Everywhere you turn you're charged extra for 'this', they no longer repair 'that'. They tell you that you pay for pest control, when in 6 months i have not seen a single person come and treat my building, and we have an infestation of wasps. There is no insulation between you and the outside or neighbors. you hear barking dogs 2 floors away from you, you hear conversations on the streets below you, you hear the microwave of the kitchen next to you. They also try to get as much money out of you as possible. We were told our rent was going up significantly because we needed to stay an extra 2 weeks beyond our original contract date. Instead of letting us pay for the 2 weeks, we have to pay for a whole month. They no longer fix microwaves, which they put in your apartment - which they should be obligated to fix. and they threaten you with $25 charges for everything they can think of. This is a terrible place to live. LOOK ELSEWHERE!! more

The manager is as busy as American president, I never could have a chance talked or seen her in her office, never took care of our problems. Around the property, dog poop are all over, hardly saw anybody pick the dog waste after they did, parking is horrible, during the summer time, the swimming pool were full of straigers from the outside. Do your homework before you move in here, look around. You pay rent for enjoy life not for nightmares. more

The maintenance crew is amazing! I have never had to wait to have a request filled. In the winter, the maintenance crew removes snow and ice from the roads and sidewalks. The residents are friendly, and there are many families living here. The ladies in the front office are always available to help with anything you need. The amenities here are also great! In addition to the standard amenities, there is a car service that will take you to the airport. There is also a guest apartment for rent . You will pay more to live here because this is not a normal apartment complex. When you move here, you are moving into a community. more

Wonderful office staff and maintenance! Car wash, sauna, pool, work out room, tanning rooms all included when you rent. Spacious, 9 ft ceilings, clean, practically brand new, gated entry which makes us feel so safe. Great location especially if you are new to the area to help get to know the area roads. Right off of the highway. Pet friendly!! They even have dog runs! No complaints, great place to live!! Pros: Great location, close to the airport, practically brand new Cons: None more

Canyon Ridge apartments are horrible.Management does not control grounds or complaints. Apartment building may be new but no installation. You can hear every foot step of tenants above youhear everyone outside and tenants above you using the restroom while you are in your bathtub. It's sick. You pay 1145.00 a month to hear everything your neighbors do. I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. The management tells you were sorry but nothing is ever done. People move in at 2:00 in the morning banging the floors and waking you up everyday. Pros: Looks nice Cons: no installation horrible building more
