We have lived here for about a year and wanted to move since day one, except for all the fees for breaking the lease. The windows leak anytime it rains, even after many attempts from management to fix, which leads to mildew everywhere. When it snowed it took 5 days to plow the parking lot and even then, the piles were just built up behind parked cars. Mailboxes have been broken into several times in the past month and mail was stolen from residents, all while management denies any thing. Mailboxes were just patched up and not fixed so now anyone can open up all the mailboxes without keys. There have also been several apartments broken into and robbed this past year. The walls are very thin, and we can hear anything the nieghbors are doing, or watching on TV. Very loud and busy 24hrs/day. Avoid Canyon Pointe if you want a clean and quiet place to live.
Pros: Close to I-405, and a lot of shopping close
Cons: Noisy, dirty, and poorly maintained.
