Elliott B. Higgins, DDS 8/15/2005

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Higgins for years, despite that fact that he's not "in plan" as far as my health insurance is concerned. What he provides is absolute quality care that I have complete confidence in. It costs me a little more, but really, they are the only teeth we have. more
