actually they do not carry any chemicals, so chemical burns would be impossible. they would not be in business if they left a dog to ""suffer day and night"" at the site of even the slightest scratch they immediately call the owner and do whatever the owner asks them to do as the next step. they have many workers with the dogs at all times and they constantly oversee the dogs safety. also its cageless boarding. it would be impossible to leave the dog alone as there would be no place to put it. the owner actually works every single day and is almost always there. i have a lot of trouble believing these reviews. it's so much easier to blame other people for your mistakes isn't it? do not trust these reviews and instead check it out for yourself. You will not regret it. Also keep this in mind, human nature makes it so people are more likely to report negative comments not positive ones. So the countless people that love this place do not even dream of seeing negative reviews and therefore do not write comments. If they all did the board would be overflowing with wonderful things to say about the place that is canine cove. The place that so many people trust and love. Pros: Best place in Marin. MY DOG ALMOST DIED AT CANINE COVE. He's left permanently lame, and they don't care. They should be in jail. Instead of trying to help my dog, they left him a bloody mess for 24 hours. They then tried to claim he hurt himself before he came in (3 days earlier). My Vet and I begged them for information to try and help my dog, and they did nothing. The owners don't work on site and they are awful. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! DON'T RISK YOUR DOG""S HEALTH!!!!!!! Cons: Will hurt your dog. more
