I was visiting from out of town and needed a place to drop my dog for 4 hours on short notice. The reviews looked great so I called. They were very friendly and accommodating on the phone. The woman on the phone said they had indoor and outdoor runs. I asked her if I could get an indoor run as it was very hot. She said no problem. - She never told me they were combined, they only have runs the go from inside to outside. I arrived, waited, they copied my dog's records and called for someone to take her back. Since it was my first time there, I asked to see where she would be staying. The guy taking her back and the woman at the front desk, made a look at each other that was telling. When he took me back, the place was DISGUSTING. In their defense, he said it was cleaning day. But that made me wonder, do they only clean once a week?? There was urine and feces everywhere. It reeked very badly. As we passed the building that homes the inside part of the dog's run, the guy pushed the door open quickly and as it swung shut said, ""that's the inside, you can't go in there because it's a safety hazard, you might slip and fall."" - on doggie elimination, I'm sure from the smell. And if its ok for dogs, shouldn't it be ok for people to see?? I wanted to take my dog and run but had no choice, it was too hot to leave her in the car. When I picked her up she was going crazy, like lets get out of here. All the great reviews seem strange to me. Even if it was 'cleaning day', no place that houses dogs should EVER be that dirty, smelly and disgusting. Feces should not just sit until cleaning day. I will never, ever go back there.
Pros: Price, was able to set up on short notice
Cons: The place was disgusting, customer service
