I have used many kennels but have found this to be a bit incompetent. Before we arrived, we had requested our vet to send records. When the kennel either lost or did not receive all the records they called us to complain instead of calling the vet, who had faxed the records. After they called all 3 of our phones (we were in flight) they thought to call the vet, who sent the records again.When we returned for our dog, they had lost our dog bed, which is not replaceable -- out of production. The young girls (it seems that is all they have hired -- young girls) first tried to give us someone else's bed, then said it was at the laundry. Then they said it was lost. And they said they could not try call people who may have taken ours by accident. They said that they could not trace it because the girl who had checked us in had not written down that we had brought it (so, they failed to follow their procedures and penalized us for it!).
