First off, upon arrival we were greeted with hostility and abrasiveness. Our dog not only left their facility with an injured leg but also a torn, beyond use, collar. Then at pick up, we called to say we were running a little late and were told it was okay and to come anyway. When we were 15 minutes away, in the car, we received a phone call telling us that we would not be able to pick him up because they were closing right then. It would've been helpful to be told this before we were on our way, like maybe when we called originally. Not only did we have to turn around, we also were charged extra, and harassed on the phone not just once, but at least three separate calls if not more, to both myself and my partner. This was a very bad experience, we were treated with great disrespect and are very concerned with how they treated our dog since we weren't able to even see where they keep the dogs. I would recommend boarding your dog with someone else!!!!!
