Canine College in Farmington Hills is the best! The staff is very friendly (Bre and Amber are the best!) and my dog is always treated first class when he visits Canine. I take my dog once a week to play around with his friends and I am also very comfortable leaving him there for a few nights for boarding.\r \r Canine College is also a great supporter of the community. I can't recall visiting and not seeing a promotion or fundraiser that Canine has been participating in to help the Michigan Humane Society or another great charitable foundation.\r \r I have come across a few different doggie day care places over the years and have not felt more at ease with a facility than I have since I took my dog to Canine College four years ago. I completely recommend them to anybody who is looking to let their dog run around and hang out with some doggie pals. You will love it too! more

I have been taking my dog to Canine College since he was a puppy (enrolled him into the puppy program) to avoid having him in his cage all day and to get him to socialize with other dogs while he was young. From day one, Canine College has made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my dog with them all day and for boarding. I love being able to watch him during the day on my iPhone using the ODoggy app and having the ability to utilize latchkey if I am running late. The facility is extremely clean and all of the staff have been knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare, overnight boarding, or grooming place. Oh! And don’t forget they post adorable pictures / videos of the pups on their Facebook page! Best place ever! more

My dog Dora goes to Canine College several times a week. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, the excitement that she shows is amazing. Tail moving extra fast and cannot wait to get out of the car.\r The staff at Canine College are incredible. They know my dog along with all the others by name and treat them as individual doggy personalities.\r I would recommend to anyone who has a dog that this is the facility for you! Between daycare, boarding, grooming and just the personal attention they give, nothing short of wonderful!! more

We started bringing our Golden Retriever at 6 months of age to Canine College, and now is 2.5 years old. He comes for Daycare 1-2 times per week and for Boarding 2-3 times per year. Dodger LOVES coming to Canine College. He enjoys his ""class mates"" and his human friends. The staff is amazing! He gets feed as promised, and even got ear drops when he needed them. The staff care as much about Dodger as we do. He is such a well adjusted dog that we never have problems taking him out in public. We recommend Canine College to all of our friends and neighbors who have dogs. Dodger has a lot of fun when he gets to see the neighborhood ""kids"" at ""school"" too! more

We have been customers of canine college for 2 years now and i cant emagine going anywhere else. My Lab/dane mix just loves going, even in the car he starts to go crazy when we turn down the street, he gets all of his energy out and is so nice to be around after a long day of playing with his buddies, whether its just the day for daycare of a full week for boarding this is the place to take your dog :) more

I'd give this place 5 stars our Labradoodle gets the attention and play time she needs while were working plus the grooming department did a fantastic job on her hair, nails & ears it's so convenient that they can do this when I drop her off for day care. They have a friendly staff that really cares about the dogs as much as you care for your own. I feel confident she's in good hands when I drop her off. more

Knowledgeable and caring staff. 5/9/2011

I recently boarded my 14 year old poodle mix over spring break. I was very nervous about boarding him. He is older and requires several medications. Canine College's staff allowed me to tour the faciltiy and see the room where my dog would be boarding. I was impressed with the cleanlinest of the building and the organization of the kitchen. My little guy requires insulin injections and Canine College adminstered these for no extra fee. They allowed me to check in on my little guy anytime night or day. They even emailed me pics of him so I wouldn't worry. I loved the remote webcam. I could see my little guy in the wee hours resting comfortably. more

My dog loves this place! 3/12/2010

When I bring my dog to Canine College for daycare I know he feels he is being treated like he would be at home. Why you ask? Because he never wants to leave! Pros: Wonderful clean and fun Cons: None that I can think of. more

Exceptional Customer Service! 8/19/2009

The staff is patient, well trained and exceptionally caring. If you don't want to leave your dog home by himself then this is the place for you. Pros: When you take your dog here it is just like being at home. Cons: None that I can think of. more

Is this the same place?!?! 8/7/2009

Does the staff realize that there is a camera on the wall? I sat today and watched my dog alone in the "pledge" room for over an hour. He paced back and fourth, walked in circles, jumped on the door, and if it had sound I would have listened to him cry. People came in and out to clean and wax the floor and my dog followed them as they worked. I watched and not ONCE did those people acknowledge him, let alone lean over and offer him a pat on the back. They walked out and shut the door in his face. I have no clue where they and the rest of the dogs are, but I'm not paying this price so my dog can be alone!! Pros: Umm...??? Cons: Dingy, neglectful, HORRFIYING to see! more

Wonderful Facility - The BEST Staff - Treat my dogs like their own! 8/1/2007

I was not sure what to expect and was a little nervous about my dogs attending a dog daycare and boarding. I was so glad to see the staff is well trained and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They let me tour the entire facility! It was very safe, very clean and they went above and beyond to give us great service. Would recommend them any day of the week. Pros: Clean, safe. Our dogs have a great time playing and love to go there! Been back many times! more

Great so far 7/30/2007

I have used this kennel a few times for my two dogs, and everything has gone well. There was an introductory dog visit required before we could board the dogs, and that was an upfront cost, but everything else has been fine. The only issue we had was the first visit, when the staff took a long time to input data on the computer system, but that was the first month of operation. The Best Doggy Day Care in the world! 5/30/2007

The Canine Campus is a fantastic boarding and doggy day care facility. I have been taking my dog there for about a year now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are friendly, kind, caring, and just all around great people. They take the time to learn your dog's name, and keep an eye on them. They will let you know when there is the slightest of problems with your dog, a minor scratch, etc. I would not take my dog anywhere else! If you haven't tried doggy day care, I recommend starting with the Best and never looking back, and the best is Canine Campus! Pros: Customer service, training, grooming and boarding facilities are top notch! more

Doggie Heaven 5/30/2007

This is the best place for dog lovers!!! The staff will care for your dog like it is one of their own. I have sent my dog there for a few hours, and for extended stays, and my dog always cannot wait to go back and play on the JV field. My dog is so tried after being there during the day she normally comes home and sleeps for the rest of the night. The friendly staff does not mind taking time out to talk with you about the latest dog trends or any concerns/questions that you may have. And it fits into my budget!! Pros: Great facility with groomer on site & you can watch your dog play via the web anytime. Cons: Cameras don't shoot the whole play area more
