Not Happy at All 7/14/2012

Awful experience. I took my dog to have her bathed and groomed. The facility is not well maintained and the services were less than stellar. Our dog was returned to us dirty and wet. We had to finish drying her ourselves. The parts that they did groom looked very choppy. We would never take her back. Now we have to take her to a new groomer tomorrow and pay to have her bathed and groomed again. more

Great 2/4/2012

The staff really took good care of my two dogs while I was gone for two weeks. They were knowledgeable about the dogs and even knew what kind of dogs we had even though they are a rare breed! I was impressed and will board there again this summer. more

NOT GOOD! 5/11/2011

My dogs are young, healthy labs that both came back from this kennel very ill. Both had kennel cough and one had a bad UTI - probably had had it for days because it was in an advanced stage. Owner lady was very very rude upon pick-up and had an overall poor attitude. More food came back then should have - we sent just enough for the time they were there and almost half of it came back, along with a full un-opened bag of treats. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! more

The improvements to their runs and facility really show. I really like their inside/outside runs and the staff is very knowledgable. I would definately use them! more

Under New Management! 1/5/2009

This facility is now under new management! It is much cleaner and brighter the new staff genuinely cares about the pets in their care. Plans are in progress for a remodel. more

Not for my taste 3/30/2008

Little has been done to upgrade the facility but I have not been there is 3 yrs now. They do sell dog food also but I had to stop going since it offend my noise too badly. more
