Let me start off by saying that I have eaten at many restaurants in my lifetime. This is merely my opinion and a heads up to anyone considering on eating at the Canadian steak and fish resaurant. Don't.\r

My wife and two kids arrived at the restaurant on a friday afternoon. I ordered the cod dinner and my wife ordered the walleye dinner. Our salads arrived, and mine came with their :house dressing"", which tasted like a concoction of something you could buy at gordon food service. it had chunks of unknown veggies in the dressing, (one morsel tasted spoiled) and the salad consisted of plain iceberg lettuce, a few carrot shavings and croutons. Quite bland. My fried cod dinner arrived, and the fish was overcooked, the side ""confetti"" veggies were bland, however the mashed potatoes were decent. I was very disappointed and surprised with the tartar sauce considering one of their specialties is fish. It consisted of nothing more than sweet relish and mayonnaise. I know this becuase when I am at home and out of tartar sauce and desperate, I make it. I suggest that their Chef go online and look up some tartar sauce recipes, he will find they consist of more than just relish and mayo, they also consist of lemon juice, onion and other spices.\r
I hoped that my wife's walleye would be better, but it wasn;t. It tasted like the most plain, bland walleye i have ever eaten! No spices. My kids chicken tenders tasted better than our fish dinners. All in all, $42 wasted. To anyone reading this, save your money and eat elsewhere. the fish at Mickey D's or your local grocer's frozen food aisle tastes better.
