SEEMS LIKE MARNIE IS THE OWNER OF THE PRACTICE AND THE REAL PRINCIPALS HAVE NOTHING TO SAY AT ALL OR R NOT AWARE OF THE SITUATION AROUND THEM. Too bad, but this office is so survival-oriented that its primary interest is in their financial survival, not the patients' welfare. more

Excellent service 1/6/2010

Helpful, courteous reception staff. Cheerful, knowledgeable, capable and caring dentists. I recommended this dentist to my brother (a physician) and he is also pleased with the service. Highly recommended. Pros: Go above and beyond the call of duty... more

A Comfortable Dental Visit 11/29/2008

I went to Campus Heights Dental in need of a cleaning, some x-rays & a mouth guard because I'm a teeth grinder when I sleep. I don't have insurance and not only was the staff above and beyond in being kind and accommodating to me, but they set-up a very reasonable payment plan to help me get the work I needed done plus the night guard. The office was clean, the equipment current and up-to-date (which is important to me) and the staff and doctors very professional and nice. I felt I was in very capable hands and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable dental experience to visit Campus Heights Dental. Pros: Professional, friendly, clean, easy parking... Cons: Too far from Oakland. more

Worlds Best Dentist Office 10/29/2008

What a great friendly practice. I'm from North Carolina and my son had an accident while visiting San Francisco. He fell and chipped his tooth. This office took him in right away, made us feel right at home. The office manager went above and beyond to assist me with our insurance claim. They even followed up with our local dentist back in NC . I highly recommend them. Thanks for being so caring. Five Stars isn't nearly enough! Pros: Thumbs Up more

Questionable and unprofessional. 8/14/2008

My visit began with a clip board of form, fairly standard, right? Not when they want name, social security number, drivers license number and credit card number. Only name and social are required to check benefits from the insurance provider. This I gave but that?s all. Pros: no other people waiting Cons: everything else more
