Here is just how good I think Campos food is: We live on the Central California Coast\r
and will be traveling to Palm Springs this spring. We will travel about 70 miles out\r
of our way, just for the taste of a Campos cheese enchilada, and a Campos taco.For my\r
money, and my family and friends agree, the sauces they use are to die for. The family\r
recipes from southern Mexico have been preserved, and the result can't be compared\r
with any other Mexican restaurant I have eaten in, regardless of the price. It makes me\r
hungry just thinking about it...
Pros: Just the best tasting enchiladas and tacos ever
Cons: Ok, it's not the most beautiful restaurant in the world, but who cares?
