Come for the Bocce 2/16/2010

Campo Di Bocce is great for a group or party. Stick to appetizers and drinks. Menu items for dinner start getting a little shaky. Both the red and white sauces do not exactly live up to their menu descriptions. While Bocce is fun, it cannot compensate for mediocre food. more

This place is a blast! The bocce is wonderful, the menu has occassional clunkers but for the most part is excellent and they have great Livermore wines (and others for the unenlightened). Great appetizers. On a nice day or night, eat out on the gorgeous patio. One of the gems of Livermore. more

Monday Special $10 All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti & Caesar Salad 5/7/2009

Their Caesar salad is addicting and comes topped with Parmesan shavings. Their spaghetti with meat sauce is good, but not memorable. On Mondays they have a $10 all-you-can-eat spaghetti and salad special...too bad service is a hit or miss. more

So we've never been impressed with Campo di Bocce, but we couldn't pass up the Monday Special for $10 (all-you-can-eat spaghetti with meat sauce and Caesar salad)...and that's how we ended up here with the in-laws. As it turned out, it was actually a pleasant surprise that was a great improvement over our past experiences here! The only thing that didn't change was the bread they serve here...it still resembles a damp sponge. Yucky. bocce and dining 9/15/2008

Recently celebrated a special occasion with about 50 guests. The food and service were excellent. Everyone, litterally, had a ball playing bocce after dinner. What a wonderful way to get guests to mingle-nobody wanted to leave! more
