Approx 11 am, May 14,2011 we were shopping for a travel trailer to use for our personal use. We were introduced to Jay, a new salesman. He was very kind and seem to listen to our wants and needs, he had some questions about used travel trailers, so he asked one of the others to give him the information, which ended up being ""Dennis"" Dennis basically took over the sale and even though I had gave the information to my sales person, Jay and I heard Jay tell him the same information, Dennis was asking me the same questions. He tried to assisted as we walked out through the homes, Dennis was very rush and showed us three. Finally, he let us deal back with our salesperson, Jay. We asked a few other questions and I told Jay, we wanted to look at the trailers again talk with my husband to see what we feel would be our best fit. Jay agreed to let us discuss and we would come back to the sales floor to see what our decision would be... so as soon as we came in, Jay met and greeted us. I told him which one we were leaning towards and why, then once again, Dennis came over, trying to shove papers at us to start processing paperwork, FIRST of all, I had not agree to buy any one of the trailers, so why would I fill out any paperwork. Then he asked us the same questions again. I asked for Jay's card to be able to get in contact with him once we had made up our mind. Then, the guy sitting in the office behind us, with 4-5 other employees, he said, ""why give them a card, they are not going to call back anyway"" ? My husband and I were blown away, so my husband, said I guess we want be needing the business card and dropped it back on the table, then my husband asked why he would be so rude to act that way to customers in wide open sales floor. My husband expressed how we felt, as the other customers seen and heard they choice to leave the sales floor, so whether you lost a sale from them or not, you certainly lost ours. I will be sure to spread the word, write reviews on every site possible to let them know how poor the customer service this store was to us. As we were leaving my husband looks back, and Dennis along had walked in the office with the guy who made the comment, they were laughing as if it was a big joke and found humor in them being disrespectful to us.
